George is our most trusted gardener. He does his job well that we felt that he needs to be rewarded so my father decided to increase his salary. He is very happy and father is really happy to have him as our gardener. Plants and flowers grow healthy under his care. Moreover, he does not forget to do maintenance procedures on the garden sheds. Though he is well –compensated, he is still planning to resign and live in a far city with his other sibling.
